Sydney’s Pioneer wins drone supply contract for WA Police

PioneerAI has secured a contract to provide the Western Australia Police with its advanced “drone in a box” system. The contract, designated WAPOL182223, is awarded by the WA government and spans three years, with a potential two-year extension.

Pioneer’s cutting-edge drones are equipped with state-of-the-art artificial intelligence, thermal imaging, and real-time communication capabilities. The system features a docking station with battery-swapping for uninterrupted operation, and the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is designed for all-weather conditions and remote management.

The Pioneer S22 UAV, part of the offering, boasts vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) capabilities, a range of up to 1000 kilometers, and can carry payloads of up to 150 kilograms.

PioneerAI’s drones are engineered for seamless integration across various sectors, including police, defense, fire services, surf lifesaving, and logistics.
